PCB to demand extra visas in front of New Zealand visit
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chose to demand three extra visas in front of the five-match T20I New Zealand series which is set to start on January 12.
The choice
was taken considering the wellness given to the group during their Australia
visit as, up until this point, three Pakistani players, Khurram Shazad, Abrar
Ahmed, and Noumal Ali, experienced difficulty with wounds.
The PCB will
demand visas for one spinner, one pacer, and one-hitter for the New Zealand
visit so they can hit up any player if necessary.
Nonetheless,
because of the Christmas occasions, a defer in the issuance of the visas is
possible.
Keep in
mind, the Pakistan cricket crew is presently in Australia to play a three-match
Test series in the continuous World Test Title (WTC) 2023-25 cycle which will
finish on January 7.
Only five
days after the finish of the Test series, Pakistan is booked to play their most
memorable T20I match against New Zealand on January 12.
After
captain Babar Azam ventured down as the chief, everything being equal, Shaheen
Shah Afridi was named the captain of the more limited design by the PCB.
Shaheen —
who is viewed as perhaps one of the best bowlers on the planet, particularly
with the new ball — will have his most memorable task as the chief against the
other participants of the 2021 T20 World Cup.
